Only creditors meetings, and essential hearings will be taken place for now until further notice. If you have a pending case or hearing coming up, be sure to call our office (Click here to call) to find out whether or not your hearing is essential. Any essential hearings that will be held during this pandemic will be either in person, or telephonic and videoconferencing via the join.me app. If you do not have access to internet or the ability to appear via videoconferencing, you may attend the hearing solely telephonically. We have not heard from the trustees office yet about creditor meetings but contact us and we will keep you updated. Please call us 2-3 business days before your hearing or creditor meeting to coordinate what will be the best way to conduct your hearing.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our office has implemented that only essential deliveries may happen. Any documents that need to be submitted to us or signed can be done electronically via DocuSign (free for our clients), and sent through email or fax. If you do not have the ability to electronically submit or sign documents, we may make an exception for you to come in only for extreme situations. If so we will be taking extreme precautions to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our staff.
