About our team

Rudy Salinas, Jr.

Born in Mercedes, Texas and graduated from Mercedes High School. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995, and was employed with Arthur Andersen, L.L.P., Houston, as Senior Auditor and Business Consultant from 1995-1997.  He received his J.D. Degree from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2000 and served as a writer with the St. Mary’s Law Journal from 1998-1999.  Rudy became a partner with the Firm in 2008.

Rudy is a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, State Bar of Texas and the Hidalgo County Bar Association.  His major areas of practice are litigation, municipal law, creditor’s rights, transfer on death deeds and bankruptcy.*

Rose Ouderkirk, Board Certified Paralegal

A well-qualified staff is important for many reasons. Rose Ouderkirk has been with the firm since 2003. Rose, a valley native, received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas, Rio Grande Valley.

She is also a Texas Board of Legal Specialization Certified Paralegal in Civil Trial Law.
